5th Annual JdF Epic Trail Run

21 runners took part in this years 2009 Juan de Fuca Trail 47k run. 16 compleated the full distance.

Shawn Nelson set a new record compleating the run in 5 hours, 28 minutes.

Shawn beat his last years (2008) record of 6 hours, 15 minutes.

Carolyn Goluza holds the record for female runner (2009) at 6 hours, 50 minutes.

Jen Segger held the (2008) female record at 7 hours, 55 minutes
